Ok, so just a recap, here, Alyssa 1 is now at http://wc1alyssa1.blogspot.com . Alyssa also has a new homepage at http://wonderlandianchronicles.blogspot.com . I kind of neglected to tell you why. It is because Alyssa is book 1 of The Wonderlandian Chronicles. "wait, what?" Some of you might ask. Well, simply put, I am turning this book into a series. The next book is going to be called Before Alice and it will take on Trea's point of view. Sorry for those of you that don't want to see the book move to another's point of view, but I honestly think that there isn't much else I can do with Alyssa after Alyssa is done. As soon as Alyssa enters the editing phase (which you will want to stay tuned for because I will give you a heads up on any changes made), I will put up a link here, on Alyssa 1, and a new tab on the homepage. Honestly, I see you getting to Before Alice long before I put up Maricela Contra Puss en Botas, an entirely different book in itself. For those of you keeping tabs on the upcoming things on that book, I haven't finished the first chapter yet and hadn't done any editing on what little I do have there. It is very challenging. Ok, so I've been kind of slow at getting the next chapter up. Sorry. I haven't even finished writing it yet!

On a separate note, I am making some head way on that puus in boots idea now. I've actually begun the first chapter! The title is Maricela Contra Puss en Botas, or Maricela vs Puss in Boots. If you haven't caught it yet, it is a spanglish book, more english than spanish. If you think Alyssa is slow going, forgive me, but Maricela's will take MUCH longer because of Spanish/Mexican culture, connotations  etc. I have already encountered an awful lot of problems regarding culture clash. Ugh. Anyways, when I DO finish the first chapter, I'll be sure that my Alyssa readers will be the first to know!

As always, remember to keep up to date with Alyssa, because her story won't always be on the World Wide Web for all to see. One day you will have to buy her adventures in stores from the shelves. Won't that be exciting? My book, on shelves! I can not wait! (if I can just finish this book first!)

Ok, I'm sorry. I'm taking a long time on getting my next chapter up (20). Good news about it: I'm half way done with it! Bad news? Well, I'm ONLY half way done with it. Trying to figure out how its gonna go from here (where I'm at, not where YOU are at). (sighing heavily for it not being done YET). I wish TIME would play a hand in it and make me be inspired to finish it. JK! If Time WERE a real person, that'd be awesome. Too bad he doesn't exist, you know? Any ways, still working on it. AND! Great news: I've reached 67 pages on this book!

well, not really. I need it to be longer still. And chapter 20? I KNOW i'm rushing it along too fast. And I'm not just saying that because of the length, either. I mean, its supposed to take longer, more details. I need to work on that and fix it. I just don't like the idea of having to go back and deleat what I have. Or just anything with what I already have (I'm finicky like that. Call it OCD or what you will. I call it a challenge). I tend to just take an idea and just run with it. So, when I hit a writer's block, it's because I can't even think on what to do next. It has nothing- i take that back. Sometimes it does have to with the wording. haha
For me, wording is very important. I want to be involved when I look back, to re-cap what I wrote so that I can know and undderstand how to continue. If the wording gets ME involved, I sure hope it will get my dear readers equally, if not more involved in the book/s. What is my plan for after this book? Something to do with Puss in Boots. Unfortunately for me, this is THE vaguest idea I have ever tried to work with IN MY LIFE! (and that's saying an awful lot because all I had to start with on this book was that a girl (NOT Alice) was going to fall in love with a YOUNG Hatter (did NOT know his name yet) and that Wonderland was going to be my own. I did NOT know that Hatter was going to be taken away. I did not know Alyssa was going to find a cave with an ominous light portal to Wonderland. Infact, I didn't really know anything about this book to start off with. I just took the idea and ran with it. It got me 19 and 1/2 chapters so far. But Puss in Boots idea? I just know it's about Puss in Boots. I know that there will NOT be any other fairytale creatures/names in it. But, I have yet to decide if puss in boots is going to stay a cat, what kind of character s/he is going to be, where s/he live, or anything else rather important. I don't even have a vague plot for it! But, mark my words: There will be a Puss in Boots book blog by me!!!! (I just don't know when...)

Ok, so, now I'm typing everything on this blog and it feels wierd having to start from scratch all over again. Only 17 views. Of course, its been up for less than a week. Still. ANd only 3 tabs after dealing with 20? It's just wierd to look at. Besides that, I'm having a tough time trying to do chapter 20. I'm at a (minor) writer's block. Trying to figure out what an Assylum looks like. I want it to be modern day, but that's not the easiest thing in the world to do when you can't find anything but creepy pictures and concerts and what-not. It's not easy to find at all. So I think I'll do the age-old-stereotypical white walls and empty rooms. It just seems to be the easiest. But I do want it to be specific and realistic. So if you ( you meaning ANYone out there) know how to describe a real, modern-day assylum, PLEASE, I'M BEGGING YOU, tell me!!!!!!!!! (yes, I am desperate. I am not afraid to say that!)

And just like in the first half of Alyssa, Please tell me your thoughts and suggestions! I really do want to make this book as good as it can possibly be!
